Pros

From day one, the software handled everything we needed and then some. It sends mobile, text and phone notifications to employees when shifts need to be filled and it keeps working around the clock. With just one tap, staff can grab an open shift. I also appreciate that shift alerts can be routed based on seniority, certification requirements and plenty of other rules. On top of that employees can update their schedules so they won't get notifications when they're unavailable.

Cons

There are a lot of features built into the software but whenever I wasn't sure about something, reaching out to support was quick and hassle free. I have no complaints.
