It is very easy to use. It does a great job supporting customer service, after-sales service and customer guidance all in one place.

Support across channels

Pros

Working is very hassle free and the platform brings together everything needed for customer support in one place. It gives businesses a strong way to deliver excellent service across multiple channels, while combining key functions, automating workflows and offering useful insights. That helps support teams work more efficiently and keeps customer satisfaction high. Whether the company is small or operating globally, Zendesk Suite provides the tools needed to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth. It's a great solution for transforming customer support operations.

Cons

Even with its broad feature set and clear advantages, it still has a few limitations that deserve careful consideration. Pricing can be a concern and the platform may feel complex for new users at first. There are also areas around customization, reporting, scalability and integrations that may not fully meet every organization's expectations. Looking closely at these points is important to make sure it fits your specific support needs. Being aware of these gaps helps businesses make better decisions, find workarounds where needed or evaluate other options that may be a better match.

Ticket tracking that keeps me updated

Pros

Opening tickets feels very practical and it's convenient to stay updated on their progress as well as the responses from the support team handling them.

Cons

The response timeline for each ticket could use a more polished and softer-looking interface.

ticket visibility done right

Pros

At a glance it's simple to see open or assigned support tickets which helps make sure the right people are being helped and that tickets are handled in the proper priority order.

Cons

Parts of the interface can feel a bit overwhelming in the beginning though it becomes much easier to navigate once you've spent some time with it.

Data management at its best

Pros

Handling data in Zendesk Suite is something I really enjoy. That part of the platform works very well for me and makes the job pleasant.

There should be a better solution in place for customer support assistance.

flexible views and helpful guide

Pros

I really like being able to create different views or inboxes which helps filter tickets and makes prioritization much easier. The Guide feature has also been very useful since we've built a knowledge base with helpful articles and FAQs. That gives customers a way to look up answers on their own which saves them time and cuts down on the number of direct support requests.

Cons

The initial setup is quite complicated though and if you don't have someone who really understands how everything works, you'll probably end up going back and forth with the account manager or spending a lot of time digging through the support documentation.

Terrible support and account mess

Pros

Honestly there are no positives to mention here. This has been the worst experience I have had with any ticketing platform and customer support team and I have been trying to cancel for months while getting nothing but the runaround.

Cons

Pretty much everything has been a downside. I cannot point to a single good thing and the only feedback I have is negative when it comes to support and account management. They didn't even notice we had already switched to a different ticketing system and still tried to pitch us a new solution after three years with no new tickets. On top of that getting the database back was difficult too.

reliable support growth over time

Pros

After more than six years using Zendesk to handle customer support and FAQs for a startup, it has continued to scale alongside our business and has been extremely valuable throughout that growth.

Cons

Getting everything set up to fit your workflow takes a bit of time at first but once it's in place, everything runs very smoothly.

Efficient ticket handling

Pros

Ticket handling feels much more convenient and the system is simple enough that companies can train agents to use it without much trouble.

Cons

The design works well, ticket management is efficient, time management is better, responses are quick and I haven't run into bugs so using it is very easy.

June 2023

flexible support with strong integrations

Pros

Zendesk Suite doesn't take much effort to use because the interface is simple even for people who are new to it. It also connects well with a wide range of other tools which helps companies keep using the systems they already have in place. Another big advantage is how customizable it is since there are plenty of options to tailor the platform to specific business needs. On top of that it supports multiple communication channels like email, phone and live chat so it works well as a full customer service solution. The reporting and analytics tools are also quite advanced making it much easier to track, manage and analyze customer support data.

Cons

One challenge at the beginning was sending a note into it and making sure the support team remembered to switch the sender from the forwarded company address to the customer's actual address. After looking into it further, our technical support team found its developer portal very useful and set up a macro that automatically updates the information. Since putting that in place, the issue has completely disappeared. That fix also reinforced how much we value it for how configurable it is.

Help center that scales

Pros

Pairing the Help Center with Answer Bot is absolutely spot on. When a company is growing, having customer support centralized at first and then able to branch out as the team expands is crucial and that's one of Zendesk's clearest strengths. Its ticketing and support threads may not feel as polished or magical as Intercom but whatever it gives up in design, it more than makes up for in functionality.

Cons

It does come across as very enterprise-heavy and a bit behind the style of more modern support platforms but if the core system works, there's not much reason to reinvent it. Its Help Center is everywhere for a reason and that's really where the product stands out.

responsive support wherever we are

Pros

Zendesk Suite has been especially valuable because its real-time messaging is very powerful and helps us deliver fast, personalized support to our customers. On top of that the mobile access keeps us connected and responsive even when we're away from our desks which is really important for maintaining a high level of service.

Ticket visibility and insights

Pros

Being able to prioritize tickets and assign them to specific agents gives me complete visibility into each issue and who is handling it. It also matters a lot to me that I can identify the most common problems across the company and see how my agents are interacting with customers.

Cons

Getting started with it can feel a bit confusing at first and some of the options would be better if they were explained more clearly.
