“A complete support hub”
Pros
Having everything in one place covers all of my customer service needs really well. Customers can reach out and get help through several different channels which is a big plus. I also appreciate that they have the option to look up answers or solutions on their own. The real-time assistance is especially impressive.
Cons
There were a couple of problems when I tried to integrate it with my previous platform and move the information over. In the end, all of the complaints and issues that came up before it had been handled directly by management so we decided not to transfer that old history. We basically started fresh, leaving the previous issues and customer details behind and built a completely new customer support setup there.

“Good tool it is”
Pros
Handling customer issues is much less complicated with this suite because it turns a complex process into something very manageable. The features help make live chat feel more human and I am able to use natural, conversational language with customers. I can also customize replies so they sound more personal instead of robotic. Another big plus is how well it works across multiple channels like email, chat, voice and messaging which lets me choose the interface that fits different parts of my business. It's an excellent service-first CRM that brings support, sales, marketing, customer engagement and ticketing together in one place. On top of that support for more than 50 languages has made it much easier to grow the business internationally.
Cons
One thing that disappointed me was not having a dedicated manager to help with setup during the early stages. I only received assistance after following up several times which was frustrating. It also gave me the impression that unless you are on a higher-tier or pro membership, getting fast responses from their team is harder.

“helpdesk efficiency boost”
Pros
Even people who aren't very tech-savvy can pick this up without much trouble. It brings customer service storage and management into one application and I genuinely think it helps resolve tickets faster while also improving the overall effectiveness of customer support.
Cons
The pricing can be a bit higher compared with some other live chat and ticketing platforms but for my team, it still feels worth the cost.

“powerful knowledge base and integrations”
Pros
One thing that really stands out with Zendesk Suite is how well it connects with other tools especially CRM platforms. Its knowledge management features are also among the strongest parts of the product, letting businesses build and share knowledge bases and support documentation with both customers and internal teams. That saves a lot of time for customer service staff since they can quickly find the information they need to resolve issues faster.
Cons
The biggest downside is that it can get fairly expensive depending on the subscription plan. It's worth taking a close look at the platform's features and capabilities first to make sure it actually fits your needs and budget.

“Proven highly beneficial”
Pros
Having everything in one place has been the biggest advantage for me. I can access all the information related to the company benefits at my workplace and it also includes helpful tips on how to assist customers with their day to day questions.
Cons
There are times when it crashes although once it comes back online it works perfectly fine again. If there's a system outage, about 95% of the time it seems to be related to a system upgrade.

“chat-first support that delivers”
Pros
More of our customers choose the chat feature than calling which really fits how people prefer to get help these days. It's also a big plus that any of our agents can jump into a conversation whenever needed to offer input or help move the chat along.
Cons
At this point we don't have any complaints and are very happy with the product.

“reliable chat and crm”
Pros
Handling customer conversations with this tool has been really good. The CRM works very well and the chatbot support is effective too. The live chat feature makes it simple to interact with customers without hassle and provides a real-time experience.
Cons
With a large platform like this, it does occasionally get stuck or hang for a bit although it doesn't happen very often.

“USEFUL ticket alerts”
Pros
Zendesk Suite has helped us build a strong support team that can respond to customer questions on time. We also connected it with Slack and that integration works really well especially because we get notified whenever something happens with a ticket.
Cons
The mobile app interface feels limited in terms of features and can be hard to navigate. I really wish that part would be improved.

Pros
It helps you stay available for customers around the clock and lets you monitor every customer query, whether it's open or closed, through its ticketing system.

“helpful shortcuts and clear layout”
Pros
It is a very beginner friendly tool especially for anyone new to CX or customer service. The features are easy to use, the interface is well organized and it's simple to find your way around without much confusion. The shortcuts are also a big plus and make everyday work a lot more efficient.
Cons
One area that needs improvement is the search engine since it doesn't offer enough advanced options for finding tickets more effectively. The rich text filtering also struggles when certain inputs are used, such as dashes for bullet points or numbering for numbered lists. On top of that automations feel limited in terms of functionality and logic. For example, if you want to set a condition like time being greater than 7 weeks without assigning an exact value, that currently isn't possible and it would definitely help usability if it were supported.

“fast ticket handling and consistency”
Pros
The tool makes it simple to respond to customer inquiries without any hassle. It helps keep replies consistent across the team by letting you save signatures and the play button can automatically route emails to the next available agent. I also appreciate being able to track tickets by solved date/time and contact reason which makes follow-up and reporting much more organized.
Cons
The only issue is that there can sometimes be collisions when using play mode.

Considering how many tools and capabilities are packed into the product, the overall quality was really amazing. Getting the right help to make full use of everything it offers could be challenging though.

“centralized ticketing that clicks”
Pros
Having all the relevant information collected in a single ticketing system was really useful. Bringing other people into the conversation was also easy and they could see the full context on their own without needing everything explained again.
Cons
Getting everything configured and running properly took quite a bit of training at the beginning. Once that learning phase was done though, the system worked very well.
