Pros
Aerotrac has become the central system we rely on to manage every part of our operation. It supports our Part-M, Part-145 and Part-21 workflows, while also tying in fully with logistics, commercial activities and financial processes. The way it handles complex aircraft management and all the many variables involved is what really sets it apart. With the recent addition of AWI as a web-based system and the electronic tech log, it now feels like a fully complete solution.
Cons
One area that still needs work is the documentation since the manuals have not kept pace with all of the new and innovative updates being introduced.
