simple service request tracking

Pros

It's simple to use and getting other people trained on it doesn't take much effort. It also does a really good job of helping us track service requests and work orders.

Cons

One thing that's missing is a way to view total spending by asset for labor, parts and similar costs. Right now, that information has to be gathered by opening each work order one at a time.

Effortless asset tracking

Pros

Interface is very simple to navigate and the asset tracking feature is especially useful.

Cons

Since most of the services are web-based, losing your internet connection can limit access and availability.

visually strong for facility requests

Pros

The platform looks very polished and end users really enjoy being able to view the floor plan and point Facilities to the exact area where they need help.

Cons

Customization is lacking and the reporting tool doesn't offer much real value. I usually end up creating Excel reports because the system can't really measure or quantify the work effectively.

Pros

It keeps all of my assignments organized and clearly laid out so it's simple to see what needs attention.

Cons

The mobile app still feels limited since it doesn't display everything that's available on the desktop version.
