The software registers assets down to component level and maintains full maintenance history and PMS associations for each item. It associates counters, measuring points and preventive plans to assets so scheduling can be driven by time, usage or condition.
The system tracks spare parts across multiple warehouses with reservation signaling for planned work orders and alerts to prevent stockouts. It records inventory movements with timestamps and reasons for auditability, links parts usage directly to work orders, and supports reorder rules.
