The integrated dashboards are helpful and the interface is simple and quick to learn.

Cons

There's a lot of potential in this software but it keeps getting undermined by engineering issues and poor product execution. At times, updates seem to be pushed out without enough testing which ends up creating negative and genuinely frustrating problems in the product. We haven't been able to import records for months and the app has also gone down randomly. To make matters worse, the young team running it treated these issues like they weren't a big deal. Honestly the product team feels like its own worst obstacle.

Pros

Getting through this software felt painfully slow and unnecessarily difficult. While it does let you set custom pricing for your items, even basic tasks take far too much time to complete.

Using the software was frustrating because it was sluggish and not very user-friendly. Although custom pricing is available for items, simple processes end up being very time-consuming.

Pros

One thing that really stands out is being able to transfer an inventory item directly into an asset. The software is completely customizable for our company which has been a huge advantage. Passport includes an Inventory module, an Asset module, a very robust Reporting module and a fully customizable Bar Coding module. Once everything is fully implemented in our business, it honestly feels like this software was designed specifically for us.

We really haven't run into anything with this software that I would call a downside. Our experience with it has been very positive so far.

Pros

Being able to import and export inventory information even with the basic package is very useful. Once asset tracking is added, it becomes much easier to locate company details such as serial numbers and where equipment is stored or currently being used.

Cons

Every now and then, when I'm entering received or issued items and try to process them, the website freezes. Then I have to type everything in again because the data gets lost which ends up wasting both time and money.

There really wasn't anything positive to mention.

It ended up being a waste of money and even now we still don't have a system that actually works. The scanner wouldn't sync or function the way it was advertised. On top of that, the training and support time was mostly spent dealing with problems on their side, only to be told later that we'd have to pay for additional "support" just to keep going.
