this software has kept things simple and that made a big difference for us. It was simple to use, quick to implement and flexible enough for us to shape our workflow around the system. The rollout itself didn't take long at all. A lot of that came down to being well prepared and knowing exactly what we wanted which helped us reach the goals and results we were aiming for. Integration with IoT and IIoT was also important for us and thankfully that has not been an issue at all.

Cons

At this point we really haven't run into anything wrong with the software. As the product continues to grow, one thing we'd like to see is more built-out templates that could be shared and used by all customers.

Pros

Being able to keep an accurate asset register while working remotely has been a big help for our team. Every asset record includes a complete history of its condition which means no more lost paperwork or scattered Excel sheets. It also gives the Rev Ops team what they need to run monthly reporting across all company assets.

As a mobile app user I haven't run into any major issues.

The platform feels very user-friendly and I can tell it's being continuously developed and improved. It stays clearly focused on assets which makes it especially useful for that purpose.

Everything feels user-friendly and fast to work with. If I make a mistake, it's simple to go back and edit or delete things without any hassle.
