Pros
It feels very user friendly. It didn't take much effort to understand the functions and I was able to use the software to its full potential without much trouble.
Cons
Every now and then finding inspections was a bit difficult but it wasn't a serious problem. Aside from that, I was happy with the software overall.

“SMOOTH setup and amazing service”
Pros
The tool feels very well organized and the service was excellent. The walkthroughs were thorough, the customization process went smoothly and it has made day-to-day work much easier.
Cons
At this point nothing specific stands out as a downside. If anything the only regret is not signing up for this service years earlier. My managers and team have even wondered why we didn't have it in place from day one.

Pros
Right from the start it felt more user-friendly than any other program I've used. The predictive text is a huge help and it also remembers phrases I use regularly which saves a lot of time.
Cons
Honestly my only complaint is that I can't use it to organize my everyday life too.. otherwise I'd be unbelievably organized. Aside from that, it feels perfect.
