Pros
Having this app on my phone has been a huge help in supporting both my customers and the service I provide. It's very convenient to use, quick to work through and the standout feature is the final report I can hand over to the customer. It clearly shows what I've done, what needs updating and keeps everyone aligned. The timestamps and location details also give customers extra peace of mind because they can see exactly what was completed and when.
Cons
The only addition I'd really want is an offline mode which I'm sure could be useful for our specific type of work. An override option would also help, as long as the system records that an override was used to move on to the next section of the app.

Cons
Even though it works very efficiently, new users may run into a small learning curve at the beginning while getting familiar with all of its features.

Exploring this software was very simple. It's simple to use, clear to understand and doesn't feel complicated at all. It has also helped cut down on paperwork which makes the whole process much more convenient.
Cons
One thing that would help is having an option to cancel if the wrong checklist gets opened by mistake. It would also be useful if technicians had the ability to delete an asset when needed.

Pros
Getting started feels very simple and onboarding assets doesn't take much effort. The platform is user friendly and the cloud service does a solid job handling and storing a large amount of data while keeping it accessible when needed.
Cons
Reporting is where it tends to fall behind. It takes too long and the breakdown between scheduled jobs, closed jobs and skipped jobs could be improved. Having to export everything to Excel and then build a dashboard or presentation separately to show shareholders what they need is pretty labor-intensive.

This tool has really simplified the way I work. It's simple to use, feels secure even in the more complex environments where I need it and it also includes simple image features. All I have to do is tap the app to begin the scanning process. At the end of every scan, I get a complete, professional document with all the results which makes it easy to send each client their own individual report.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about it. Whenever I need help, the support is there and overall I'm very satisfied with the app.

Cons
An issue is that deactivated users still remain visible in the company user list. It would be better if, once a user is deactivated, the system removed that user completely.

Right from the start it felt more user-friendly than any other program I've used. The predictive text is a huge help and it also remembers phrases I use regularly which saves a lot of time.

Using it has been really simple. The system is very simple to navigate and support is always just a message away whenever needed. Honestly there are hardly ever any issues to ask about, aside from the occasional password reset when someone forgets their login because the app itself is so user-friendly that major questions rarely come up.
Cons
Since AssetPool was an upgrade from the app we were using before, there is honestly very little for me to complain about. The only problem we ran into at one point was with scanning QR codes or barcodes but that was eventually resolved.

Pros
Handling every inspection digitally instead of relying on paper copies has been a big improvement for us. It's really helpful having all assets and inspection records in one place and the app has been very user-friendly from the start. We've really enjoyed using AssetPool as a one-stop hub for both inspections and overall asset management.
Cons
There are still a few features we'd like to see added, such as allowing technicians to edit custom fields from the mobile app, including overall job notes and having the job report show a pass percentage instead of only listing "pass" or "fail."

Instead of constantly chasing clients for photos before booking a site visit, we can now review their installation work through much more efficiently. It has made the inspection process far simpler for clients to complete and much easier for us to assess the work that's been done.
Cons
One thing that could really help is the option to connect AssetPool with ERP systems. That may not always make a client's workflow more efficient but having that capability would be a big advantage for AssetPool when trying to enter certain markets or win over specific clients.

From day one AssetPool has been simple to use and simple to roll out and manage. The real-time dashboards and reporting are excellent and they keep us fully on top of our assets, maintenance and repairs. Our technicians needed very little training so we were able to get started right away.
