Allows us to manage assets in one place

Pros

It is the best as it allows us to manage all assets in one place.

Cons

The mobile app needs improvements so it becomes easy to use. Also I feel like it would be much better if it was a real app instead of just a website link.

Definitely worth recommending

Pros

Setting it up was very quick and easy. The team knew their stuff and walked us through everything. Also it is really user-friendly, has all the features we need and comes at a great price.

Cons

One issue I have noticed is that users who can only submit maintenance requests have very limited viewing options.

Best among all

Pros

Asset Essentials keeps improving, making it easier to use and providing better data. Also it is a great tool for the organization and really helps our Facilities Management teams.

Cons

Brightly works with clients to improve their use and understanding of Asset Essentials. As learning a new system can feel awkward at first, but once we get comfortable with it, everything becomes simple.

Pros

It is well-organized, reliable and one of the best in its field. Also it helps us increase productivity with structured asset planning. The system fits our needs and supports our goals.

Struggles with a new account setup

Pros

I find it simple and easy to use. All you have to do is make sure it is set up correctly.

Cons

When I switched companies and had to transfer everything to a new account, not everything updated correctly. I reported it but nothing was done.

Pros

Well, it is hard for me to pick one or two things I like about it as there is a lot to like. Its that good.

I wish it sent text or email alerts, preferably texts about specific work orders, including their category.

Works as promised!

Pros

The reports I can generate are great. Also there is so much useful data available to gather and analyze.

Cons

Well it does not allow me to import my parts list from a CSV file, which is frustrating.
