Pros
Managing our space and staffing requirements has been much more organized with this product. It does a really good job handling vacancies, departmental assignments, asset tracking and overall space planning.
Cons
The reporting side feels like the weakest area. A more capable built-in report generator should be included instead of requiring the purchase of a separate module.

Pros
The biggest advantage for us has been how much we can tailor the system to fit our needs, along with the support we get when making those changes. [sensitive content hidden] has been especially helpful on both fronts. She works with us to turn our ideas into actual updates, whether that means adding something new or adjusting existing functionality. That kind of flexibility matters a lot as our needs continue to shift over time. [sensitive content hidden] has also been very helpful overall. Our IT team is fairly strict about how things have to be handled but once everything is set up properly on our side, rolling out changes or updates is very manageable.
Cons
A few parts of the system still feel a little awkward to navigate or use and the interface looks somewhat outdated. For example, as I mentioned earlier with the hoteling tool, creating new spaces feels more roundabout than it should. There are a few other minor things that come to mind too though I believe those can be worked through over time. As for the UI, it functions fine but I would definitely welcome a more modern refresh down the road. I'd also really like to see a dark mode option added. Since our department spends a lot of time in Cadapult, the bright white background can be hard on the eyes and uncomfortable to look at for long periods.

Pros
Right away, the usability and customer support have been standout positives. The customer care team has been terrific to work with and that level of service has made the decision to stick with CADapult a very natural one. I really can't say enough about the positive, professional attitude and support provided.
Cons
There aren't any real complaints. We reviewed the available options before choosing CADapult, understood exactly what the system offered and have been very pleased with it overall.

“Tailored features that fit us”
Pros
It really stood out how tailored the application could be for our needs. Their team was able to handle specific feature requests and adapt the product to match the way we use it.
Cons
This wasn't really an issue caused by Cadapult but we should have done more to make the Cloud version work. Because of ongoing security and IT concerns on our side, we weren't able to move forward with it. Getting updates pushed through was also difficult though that was mostly due to our own access restrictions.

“Easy setup and awesome support”
Pros
Getting started with CADapultFM was simple and the system feels very simple to use, even for people who are not part of the facilities team. The implementation process was also completed in a short amount of time which made onboarding much easier. On top of that, the support staff has been absolutely awesome.
Cons
Honestly I'm having a hard time thinking of any real negatives to mention.

Keeping tabs on every job in progress, along with space occupancy and vacancies, is something I really enjoy with CADapultFM. It offers so many features that it's hard to list them all.

Pros
Using CADapultFM has been really convenient because the features are simple to work with. I can plan and schedule moves, put something on hold and it keeps my master seating chart unchanged. It also lets me create multiple proposed maps without affecting the original which is really helpful.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints. The more I use it, the more natural and easier it becomes.

“responsive support that feels embedded”
Pros
From the very beginning, we've had one customer care rep as our main contact and after nearly ten years, he really feels like part of our facilities team. He has trained our office managers and facility managers throughout the years which has been incredibly valuable. More than anything, the whole team has always been responsive, patient and genuinely helpful.
Cons
The limitation is more on our side.. I don't think we fully make use of all the features available.
