The life cycle cost reports have been very accurate in my experience and I rely on them quite a bit.

Cons

It does take a bit of effort to fully get up to speed with it.

I've found the meter import feature really helpful since it lets me plan and schedule maintenance ahead of time.

It would be better if the integration with McLeod were improved.

The level of detail in repair data really stands out to me especially since it goes down to individual components. I can easily access the information I need and the team on the floor can do the same without any issues.

Cons

A few screens feel a bit crowded but that comes with the territory when the system is capturing this much detail.

Right from the start, the system felt reliable to me and whenever I've had questions, the support team has been there to help with both current features and upcoming updates.

Cons

One downside is the cost of making changes or improvements to the system when a new opportunity or need is identified.

Using it has been simple for me overall and the return on investment has been impressive. I also find the reporting, scheduling tools and support to be very strong.

Cons

One limitation is that you can't reserve a part for a specific unit until that unit is able to return to the terminal.
