Pros

The system is incredibly easy to use. It is not just simple to navigate but also easy to teach others. The tab-based layout makes finding information so much easier. I also like having a manual on hand whenever I need a quick refresher or want to explore a new feature. The support team has been amazing, from getting us set up to customizing different screens to make everything more userfriendly.

Cons

Not everyone is using it yet, but they should be. There are so many other customers who could benefit from this system. It would help create a more standardized process and set clear expectations across the board.

The system is very simple and the support team is always helpful with any requests from our end users. If there is something you are not familiar with, there are manuals available and they are also willing to build custom reports for a small fee.
