This software provides a printed schedule for security, maintenance and office staff ensuring better organization and planning.

Cons

When adding rooms, they don't appear in numerical or alphabetical order, requiring manual sorting. This takes up too much time.

Pros

It is easy to use with strong reporting capabilities. It can be easily modified to fit our needs and management can log in to track work orders, repair times and assigned technicians.

Cons

No major complaints. If we ever have an issue or need help with something in the program, Jonathan is always very helpful with Coherent. The only downside is that we can't merge it with our housing software to attach work orders to specific units.

So simple to use and set up. It's so easy that even with over 100 users, I have never had to provide instructions on how to enter a work order.

Cons

The reporting capabilities are somewhat limited. I wouldd love to see more analytics included, but for the price, it's still a great product.

One of the best things about Coherent is their technical support. When you call, you get a tech to walk you through any issues and if one isn't available, they usually call back within an hour.

Cons

I really don't have much negative to say about it.

Coherent is a highly recommended, user friendly and effective tool for any facilities maintenance team. Its work order interface is designed with features that meet our organization's specific needs. Scheduling and daily task management have become much more organized and work requests are handled efficiently and on time.
