maintenance workflow that delivers

Pros

Running it with a premium account has matched our needs really well. I find the multi-user work order assignment useful and having built-in inventory control makes things easier. I also like that users can submit requests without needing an account. The regular updates show me that the product keeps improving and overall it has helped boost our performance.

Perfect tool to rely on!!

Pros

After a few months of using it and getting through a tough setup phase, I can honestly say I wouldn't want to go back. It took effort to load everything in but now our maintenance work has improved a lot. I especially like how flexible the work order system is and I use the calendar view all the time to track equipment availability. Reporting has become a key part of how I manage goals and I also appreciate how often the system gets updated. Overall, I feel it's a great tool that's affordable and helps us work more efficiently without adding major costs.

reliable maintenance results

Pros

Handling our daily maintenance tasks has become much easier with this system. I rely on it to keep track of KPI compliance by going through the reports which are detailed and easy for me to understand. The tools have helped me improve maintenance work, cut down on breakdowns and even save money over time. One challenge I faced was during the initial setup, since entering all our assets took quite a while due to the large number we have. From what I've seen recently, that process seems to have improved. Support works a bit differently because most questions are answered by the user community which felt unusual at first but actually worked out fine for me. When needed, I've also received quick replies from the developer through email. Overall, I've had a good experience and would recommend it.

Great cmms with engaged community

Pros

Looking back at my experience, I've been using this platform since its early days when it was known by a different name. I've seen it grow from something basic into a much more complete CMMS solution. Over time, I've adjusted my maintenance approach based on the data it provides and that has made my work more efficient. I like that updates come regularly and that the team seems to listen to user feedback when making improvements. It gives me the feeling that the product is built with real users in mind. I've been very satisfied with it and would recommend it especially for small to mid-sized operations. It may not include every extra feature but it covers all the essentials and has a strong user community behind it.
