Running it with a premium account has matched our needs really well. I find the multi-user work order assignment useful and having built-in inventory control makes things easier. After a few months of using it and getting through a tough setup phase, I can honestly say I wouldn't want to go back. It took effort to load everything in but now our maintenance work has improved a lot. I especially like how flexible the work order system is and I use the calendar view all the time to track equipment availability. Reporting has become a key part of how I manage goals and I also appreciate how often the system gets updated. Overall, I feel it's a great tool that's affordable and helps us work more efficiently without adding major costs.

“reliable maintenance results
Pros
Handling our daily maintenance tasks has become much easier with this system. I rely on it to keep track of KPI compliance by going through the reports which are detailed and easy for me to understand. The tools have helped me improve maintenance work, cut down on breakdowns and even save money over time. One challenge I faced was during the initial setup, since entering all our assets took quite a while due to the large number we have. From what I've seen recently, that process seems to have improved. Support works a bit differently because most questions are answered by the user community which felt unusual at first but actually worked out fine for me. When needed, I've also received quick replies from the developer through email. Overall, I've had a good experience and would recommend it.
