“flexible asset tracking tools”
Pros
One of the strongest parts of Confirm is its functionality. It lets us tailor the information captured in the Asset Register to suit our needs and being able to access asset details and carry out inspections while out in the field is really useful. The Customer Services module is also simple and user friendly.
Cons
The support/helpdesk side can be frustrating at times because it is often hard to explain the issue clearly to the support team. It also feels limited by the lack of built-in reporting functions.

“Handy workflow but frustrating updates”
Pros
Everything is right at your fingertips and I really appreciate how data comes into one platform and can be found in another. It makes tasks simple to complete and it's simple to locate what needs to be done.
Cons
The downside is that some features disappear after updates and it often takes too long for those problems to get fixed afterward. On top of that, the map in the Connect platform sometimes drops out.

“upgrade rollout needs work”
Pros
Building, maintaining, supporting customers and moving the product roadmap forward clearly isn't simple. Confirm does have plenty of positives and to be fair, other competitors come with their own weaknesses and problems too.
Cons
Support on the client side feels inconsistent and unreliable. Upgrade rollouts are handled poorly, with notifications that are uneven and often inadequate. The documentation around upgrades especially when it comes to fixing issues, is far too limited. On top of that, the upgrade quality keeps falling short..features don't work properly and some problems only get partially fixed.
