Pros
The interface feels much more user-friendly from a visual standpoint and navigating through it is very similar to browsing regular internet pages. I also really appreciate being able to manage and control portable devices from practically anywhere.
Cons
The built-in reports are not something we use so we have to rely on another tool to create certain key performance indicator reports.
