Mining & Metals, 101-500 employees
“Powerful modules and clear workflow”
Pros
Everything is laid out clearly and feels well organized so using the system is very simple. It includes all 12 required modules and the PM module is especially impressive. The materials module is advanced and does an amazing job with inventory tracking and transaction review. Work request and work order creation also work extremely well and the reporting has been very satisfying overall.
Cons
One drawback is that the software runs slower than expected especially in the work orders module. Also, when there are multiple storekeepers, the security controls are not fully reliable. A few KPIs are still missing as well, such as OEE.
