Pros

As part of a maintenance management project assigned by our clients, I used the EZ Maintenance tool. It was fast, user friendly and designed specifically to optimize maintenance processes. Tracking inventory activities was much easier with this software.

Cons

The customer support team wasn't very helpful. It soetimes seemed like some agents lacked a thorough understanding of the tools. EZ Maintenance should focus on improving their support services, as dependable assistance is vital for any organization.
