fast setup and full IoT integration

Pros

Getting started with EZmaintain CMMS was much quicker than I expected and the navigation felt simple without much effort on our side. We were also able to connect IoT sensors to the CMMS and I still haven't seen another company offering this kind of end-to-end solution. It fits especially well for small to mid-sized companies that need to stay within budget.

Cons

Only downside is that it's available only as a cloud solution and not as an on-premise server version. It would also be really helpful if their team could visit our factory and assist with the initial rollout.

Quick clicks and reliable support

Pros

Getting information through the system feels simple and most tasks can be finished in just 3 to 4 clicks. Since it's cloud-based, our company doesn't need to deal with hosting or ongoing IT maintenance. The customer support has also been excellent which really matters when you're new to a CMMS.

Cons

The mobile experience still needs some work because there isn't a dedicated app for this SaaS product yet, even though the website does adjust responsively to different screen sizes.

affordable cloud maintenance tools

Pros

The low pricing is a big plus and having it deployed in the cloud makes access very convenient. It works well across multiple users and locations which is helpful for teams managing more than one site. The work order workflow is simple to follow and being able to attach photos or videos to work orders adds a lot of practical value. The preventive maintenance module is also a useful feature.

Cons

One downside is that it doesn't connect directly with Oracle software. They do offer API-based manual integration but it comes at an extra cost and honestly, that feels like something that should be included for free.

powerful cloud work orders

Pros

Creating work orders is fantastic especially with the option to attach photos and videos while keeping everything hosted in the cloud. The inventory management is very useful and the data analytics add a lot of value too.

Cons

Right now there isn't a direct API interface to SAP so you have to rely on their tech team if you need that integration set up.
