The user-friendliness of the system stands out, providing a seamless experience when navigating throughout. Fabrico was adopted very quickly and easily by the team members.

“Helps us digitize our maintenance processes
Pros
Fabrico is way too easy to use, with plenty of visual guides and offers responsive technical support for any questions we have. Plus it integrates smoothly with our company's maintenance processes helping us manage work orders, scheduled maintenance and various requests efficiently. Even the mobile app is simple to navigate and scheduling, ticket tracking and reporting are all simple.
Cons
At the moment I cannot think of any cons to mention.

Navigating through it is very simple. Overall I would say everything is easy to find and figure out.

Fabrico is proven to be a very useful tool for us. As it simplifies the onboarding process for all team members during the setup phase.
Cons
The initial data loading can take some time as it take ours. However for clients who are new to CMMS this is typical of the standard organizational setup process.

“Great features and seamless integration
Pros
The Fabrico team was highly responsive allowing us to integrate their solution in just a few days. The interface is user friendly too making setting up preventive maintenance schedules, creating checklists and managing work orders a simple task. This simplicity has led to quick adoption by our team. The reporting feature provides in depth insights into past maintenance tasks helping us identify trends and adjust schedules based on real data. The calendar uses icons and colors to clearly show task types and statuses making it easy to track the maintenance process. The automated scheduling for preventive maintenance is invaluable as it eliminates manual tracking and keeping our equipment in top shape. The alert system is highly efficient too sending timely reminders for upcoming tasks which helps us plan and allocate resources effectively like having a personal assistant reminding us of key maintenance deadlines.
Cons
It has been very useful and I have not found any drawbacks so far.
