Easy to use and implement

Pros

Fabrico tool stands out for its easy implementation which makes it simple to set up and train maintenance teams. Additionally its analytics features help us involve middle management throughout the entire implementation ensuring everyone stays engaged and informed.

Make the process more efficient

Pros

The system's ease of use is a major highlight for me as it makes navigation seamless. Plus my team quickly adopted Fabrico without any issues.

Cons

I have not really found any downsides though there might be opportunities to develop additional features.

Fabrico is proven to be a very useful tool for us. As it simplifies the onboarding process for all team members during the setup phase.

Cons

The initial data loading can take some time as it take ours. However for clients who are new to CMMS this is typical of the standard organizational setup process.
