Offers a wide set of monitoring capabilities and one of the biggest advantages is how much control it gives you. We're able to build powerful user journey scenarios ourselves which makes the product feel very flexible. On top of that, the team behind it is fantastic and provides a level of service I honestly haven't seen elsewhere. Considering everything it includes, the pricing is incredibly competitive. This is the kind of monitoring platform that's hard to overlook and in this market, I can only give it my strongest recommendation.

Cons

Needs a bit of time to get fully comfortable with the navigation because there are so many options available. The license management can also feel slightly complicated, mainly because of the large number of monitoring features and choices included.
