smart automation for facilities

Pros

FacilityBot has been really effective for handling facility issues thanks to its strong automation and real-time tracking. The centralized dashboard keeps everything in one place and the fast notifications help teams stay aligned and coordinate much more efficiently.

Cons

The platform works well overall but some of the reports and analytics still feel a bit limited in detail. On top of that, connecting it with other internal systems can sometimes take manual work.

Cons

attendance and fault reporting delight

Pros

Using FacilityBot has been a really positive experience, whether it's marking attendance through live location or reporting a fault directly through Telegram or WhatsApp. Those features make everyday tasks feel very convenient.

Cons

It is a bit expensive though I'd still say it's worth the cost. At first, getting familiar with all the features takes a little time but once everything clicks, using it becomes very simple.

user-friendly setup and deployment

Pros

Starting is pretty simple and deploying it doesn't come with much hassle. The whole setup feels user friendly and manageable.

Cons

the Small Facilities Plan only covers a single building which can feel restrictive depending on your needs.

valuable tool for management

Pros

After helping management decide to give this software a try, it has continued to prove useful for months.

Cons

There really weren't any issues on our end. We only had to turn to other resources because of a management directive and overall it was a worthwhile investment that I'd recommend.

Pros

FacilityBot brings different parts of facility management together and automates them in one coordinated platform. The team have continued improving the product and rolling out new features which keeps making the overall user experience even better.

Cons

One limitation is that the chatbot can only send campaign broadcasts to people who are already existing chatbot users.

Helpful SOR processing features

Pros

One feature I really appreciate is the Schedule of Rate. It makes the monthly SOR processing much more manageable and helps us collate and review everything more efficiently.

Cons

The fault type category still needs some improvement. Since this app is meant to encourage the public to report issues they face in the building, it would be better to offer multiple-choice options instead of asking users to choose a category themselves and type the description manually. That approach can be confusing and people may end up selecting the wrong category for the fault they are reporting.

Having an instant messenger chatbot for reporting faults has been really helpful and convenient.

Cons

One limitation is that image uploads are capped at 3MB and it would be much better if the preventive maintenance checklist allowed more images to be uploaded in each row.
