Pros

Being able to tailor the reports exactly the way we wanted was a big plus. The system was user-friendly and worked well for the needs of our trade.

Cons

One downside was that it was limited to a server-based setup and uploads or downloads could only be done from one specific computer in our office.

Pros

Whenever we spot a problem, it gets recorded in the system right away which gives us a really clear view of both current and past issues tied to individually tagged assets. Once it's properly set up, it turns into the central tool for managing maintenance across the whole complex and the staff have fully bought into using it and understand they're expected to follow through on every job.

Cons

As with any new platform it takes a bit of time to get used to. Since every industry works differently, we've found that we don't need to use all of the operator options available because the system is very broad and some features seem better suited to more technical sectors like Pharma or Manufacturing.

It handles the job I needed it to do and the staff are getting the information I enter without any issues.

The interface isn't very appealing and it shows a lot of information that I neither need nor want to see.

Setting up FacilityManager is simple and the training for new users is clear and easy to follow.

A few text fonts can't be adjusted so some text may appear too small when using an iPhone.

Switching from printed job sheets to a paperless setup happened almost overnight for us. The platform is very user-friendly and simple to work with. Whenever I run into a problem, the team is available and sorts it out very quickly. And honestly when I say problem, it's usually not the system itself.... it's more that I've forgotten how to log something or add an asset and he talks me through it. Really excellent system overall.

Cons

Since we were the first group trained on the system when the team introduced it, there were a few adjustments needed at the beginning to make it fit our MTU site properly. Once those tweaks were made, it has worked really well. To be honest, I'd struggle to find fault with any part of the system.
