Quick sign-in and visitor alerts

Pros

signing people in and out is fast and getting started didn't take long. The visitor alerts are also really helpful because they let staff know right away when someone has arrived.

Cons

One issue we ran into was with incorrect labels being used and the system didn't flag it or give any warning. Because of that, we ended up going six months or more without badges.

reliable visitor tracking

Pros

Right from the start this has been very user-friendly, with everything clearly accessible for both admins and non-admins. It does a solid job of keeping accurate records of all visitors and pulling up their information later is quick and convenient whenever needed.

Cons

Nothing major comes to mind. I ran into a few minor issues but the support person addressed all my questions and also offered alternatives when needed.

Signing in guests is very simple which makes the check-in process quick and convenient.
