I like how detailed the system is when it comes to managing work requests. I can track requests, generate reports, keep communication going through comments and assign tasks with time, date and cost details which helps me stay organized.
Cons
One thing that's missing is photo uploading and there's also no option to view photos in a report-style format. Closed work requests should also be separated and filtered into a dedicated closed folder.

Getting started didn't take long for me and training others on my team was also fairly simple. I also like that I can switch between the web version and desktop version depending on what I need at the time.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints. It has never crashed on me and I've never had to rebuild the database which is a huge improvement compared to another CMMS product I've used before.

It was quick for me to get started and using it day to day has been simple. I also like that it comes with a good number of features that make it more useful in my workflow.
Cons
One area that slows things down is confirming PMs and work orders. When someone other than the originally assigned person completes a PM, it ends up taking a lot of extra steps and time to update everything. It would help a lot to have a way to open a single "packet" and enter the time along with the person or people who completed it all at once, instead of having to open each individual work order. If it is only one, it is manageable but when I am dealing with 200 work orders and need to adjust the time or assigned people on 25% of them, it takes too much time away from my main responsibilities.

There are quite a few strong features that stand out to me. Having used systems like Maximo and other EAM tools before, I can say this one holds up well in comparison. I especially like the work request feature and being able to create or update requests directly through email has made things much more efficient for me.
Cons
The search functionality still needs improvement. Searching for work orders, equipment and parts could be expanded to make it more effective.

I also like how it tracks both completed and pending work orders and the visual indicator for overdue items turning red makes it very easy for me to spot priorities quickly.
Cons
Writing up an unscheduled repair takes more steps than it should. You basically have to clear out an existing "any other maintenance" task just to create a new one and get a work order number assigned. There's also no automatic trigger to send pending work orders to the printer.

From my experience, even though the software is powerful, it still feels simple to work with. I was able to adjust features to match our more unusual setup which helped a lot. It also allowed me to manage seasonal equipment use sort work orders based on weather and organize tasks by skill level. This made it a good fit for running maintenance operations on a large ranch environment with mixed agricultural and livestock work.

I also appreciate how quickly the support team responds when I send questions and the regular emails with tips have been helpful for learning the system better.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the licensing, as it would be better if any user could log in on a computer where the software is already installed. Email alerts for pending work orders would also be a helpful feature to have. The documentation is already fairly great but adding a few more in-depth examples would make it even more useful.

As with most software, a few things don't work exactly the way I'd prefer.
