FlexMaint Features
This feature covers every aspect of an asset life cycle, which includes purchase date, price, and documents, along with a history of all work orders and site movements. It makes costs available based on machine, line, building, or site, and emails are possible when work requests or orders are created on important assets.
FlexMaint software makes the work request process simple as it can be used as a helpdesk. Requests can be detailed or simple and are often completed using the mobile app's voice feature with a photo to complete the information needed. An email response is sent to the person who made the request once the associated work order is finished.
Work orders are created manually or triggered from work requests or planned maintenance plans. They can be scheduled and assigned to engineers or contractors. The information includes instructions, checklists, parts lists, and web-based attachments, with the capability to record diagnostic information like downtime and fault mode analysis.
This module gives total control over maintenance planning, which allows selection from a full library of template tasks and SOPs to generate PM (Planned Maintenance) tasks. It can automatically send an email notice to staff and contractors when work orders are created, which improves planning with managed hours per day per technician.
FlexMaint lets organizations take full control of the stock room to secure the right parts at the right time. Parts are defined using classifications such as criticality, part type, and sub type, and it allows for purchasing optimization using the purchase order module with multiple suppliers, costs, and lead times.
