I found the installation process fairly simple and easy and maintaining the product is also hassle free, thanks to the outstanding support provided.
Cons

“FasTrak is the best”
Pros
The FasTrak team is consistently prompt in providing assistance and offering advice whenever needed. Every person I have worked with knows me by name. I'm not just another anonymous user.
Cons
I would appreciate the availability of one-click reports, such as top 5 reports for a specific week, as well as smoother transitions when exporting reports to Excel.

Pros
The software brought me out of the Stone Age. I used to rely on spreadsheets for maintenance tracking. It didn't take long for me to realize I could easily transfer my old system by copying and pasting into the new software.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to say. The team at FasTrak SoftWorks is always within reach whenever we need their assistance.
