flexible multisite and responsive support

Pros

There's a lot of autonomy in the setup, the dashboards are well handled and the whole system feels flexible and agile. AQM is very responsive, the tool stays simple for operators to use and the multisite capability is a real advantage.

Cons

Because the platform is very complete, new supervisors need some time to really get into the details and understand how to use everything properly.
