Pros
Carrying out basic tasks is fairly easy. The on-screen layout is clear, making it simple to navigate when managing assets.
Cons
Itr crashes whenever I change networks, like when undocking my laptop. It also crashes if the computer goes to sleep, which is especially frustrating when doing large imports. Navigation is slow, particularly when working remotely. It's a standalone system and doesn't integrate easily with other platforms.

Pros
It does exactly what it promises and offers a high level of customization. It helps keep track of assets, maintenance and other important tasks. The support from Hardcat is excellent, which makes all the difference.
Cons
The user interface isn't the most modern, but it's still functional. The web client is an improvement over the fat client, but both could benefit from a UI redesign.

By combining barcode and RFID technology, Hardcat has given us the right tools to efficiently manage critical assets while ensuring compliance with governance and warranty obligations. The mobile audit tools make it simple to track the asset lifecycle, keeping our register accurate at all times.
Cons
Hardcat's implementation was much faster than we expected. We planned for at least two months but they had everything installed and configured in just one week.

“By far the best software I've ever used”
Pros
Extremely fast deployment with excellent service. The training program is well-structured and executed. It's affordable, provides annual updates and supports an unlimited number of assets. Features like custom reports, import/export functionality, RFID/barcoding, mobile access and web access make it highly functional. The issue and return system for tools, IDs, documents and weapons management is also very useful and easy to learn.
Cons
The interface is a bit plain and the domain control and security features feel overly complex.
