What Is Intelloop?
Intelloop offers Atlas CMMS, which is a comprehensive open-source computerized maintenance management system. It is designed to help organizations manage and optimize all aspects of industrial maintenance and asset performance. It centralizes work order tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and analytics in one platform, and provides mobile accessibility so field technicians and managers can work in real time.
Intelloop Pricing
Intelloop pricing is estimated to fall between $30 and $120/user/month when benchmarked against comparable CMMS platforms, assuming a commercial SaaS or supported deployment model. This range is intended for budgeting purposes only, as actual costs would vary based on deployment method (self-hosted vs. cloud), number of users, required maintenance modules, and support levels.
In addition to the base software costs, organizations should account for implementation and configuration ($3,000–$30,000+ depending on complexity), hosting or infrastructure costs for self-deployment, optional training, and enterprise support or SLA fees, which are commonly charged separately for open-source CMMS solutions.
Disclaimer: Pricing references are based on publicly available third-party information and industry benchmarks. Actual costs may vary.

Intelloop Features
Work Order Management
Atlas CMMS provides a centralized work order management system that allows maintenance teams to create, assign, prioritize, and track tasks from request to completion. Technicians and managers gain real-time visibility into job status, labor hours, and task history, helping reduce response times and ensure maintenance activities stay organized across sites.
Preventive Maintenance Scheduling
The platform enables automated preventive maintenance scheduling to help organizations reduce unplanned downtime and extend asset life. Maintenance tasks can be triggered based on time, usage, or condition, ensuring critical equipment receives timely servicing before failures occur.
Asset Lifecycle Management
Atlas CMMS supports full asset lifecycle tracking, from acquisition and installation through maintenance history and retirement. Each asset record stores key data such as manuals, service logs, costs, and performance metrics, giving teams better insight into asset health and long-term replacement planning.
Inventory And Spare Parts Control
With built-in inventory management, Atlas CMMS helps organizations monitor spare parts levels, track usage, and avoid stockouts or over-ordering. Maintenance teams can link parts directly to work orders, improving cost visibility and ensuring technicians have the right materials when performing repairs.

“responsive support and strong results”
Pros
Over the past month, I've used this CMMS in a public hospital environment and it has worked very well for organizing both preventive and corrective maintenance. One of the strongest points for me has been the support team, since they respond quickly and are open to feedback and requested changes.
Cons
A few small bugs are still there which makes sense since the software was released fairly recently. That said, the developers are clearly putting in the effort to address them and roll out the needed fixes.

“open-source win for maintenance”
Pros
After using this CMMS for around 8 months, one major benefit for me has been that it's open source on GitHub which avoids vendor lock-in. The Android app has been very helpful for my field technicians because they can update work orders directly from the field. Since we self-host it with Docker, it's also cost-effective. Setup was manageable with basic IT knowledge and the mobile app performs reliably. The interface is simple enough that my team didn't need much training.
Cons
It does require someone technical to keep it maintained so it's not the kind of tool you can just ignore after setup. There's also no hand-holding support like you'd get with a paid platform and there still isn't an iOS app yet.
