“responsive support and strong results”
Pros
Over the past month, I've used this CMMS in a public hospital environment and it has worked very well for organizing both preventive and corrective maintenance. One of the strongest points for me has been the support team, since they respond quickly and are open to feedback and requested changes.
Cons
A few small bugs are still there which makes sense since the software was released fairly recently. That said, the developers are clearly putting in the effort to address them and roll out the needed fixes.

“open-source win for maintenance”
Pros
After using this CMMS for around 8 months, one major benefit for me has been that it's open source on GitHub which avoids vendor lock-in. The Android app has been very helpful for my field technicians because they can update work orders directly from the field. Since we self-host it with Docker, it's also cost-effective. Setup was manageable with basic IT knowledge and the mobile app performs reliably. The interface is simple enough that my team didn't need much training.
Cons
It does require someone technical to keep it maintained so it's not the kind of tool you can just ignore after setup. There's also no hand-holding support like you'd get with a paid platform and there still isn't an iOS app yet.
