“Perfect tool for IT services”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths of this tool, in my view, is how much of IT service management it handles in one place, including incident management, asset tracking, service desk functions and change management.
Cons
My issue with it is that its global reach feels somewhat limited and it seems geared toward certain industries so it may not offer the same level of flexibility for highly specialized or newer business needs beyond its core IT service management focus.
