“flexible interface but limited improvement impact
Pros
The interface was easy for me to pick up and I was able to adjust it to fit our workflows. With only minimal training, most people on my team were able to start using the key features comfortably.
Cons
Where it falls short is helping teams achieve broader goals around efficiency and quality. It handles everyday tasks well enough but it doesn't really support ongoing process improvement.

“frustrating contract and support issues

From what I observed, the software itself worked fine and performed as expected. My concerns were more related to the company's internal processes and governance rather than the product functionality.
Cons
By the time I came into the role as the new Water Utilities Director, the Town was mainly using the software to manage our backflow program, while the other public works modules were sitting unused. Once we decided to move the backflow program off-site, we no longer had a reason to keep the full software suite. Since there was no further budget set aside for it, we allowed the license to expire. After that, the company repeatedly contacted us demanding full payment for the following year's license which eventually included a strongly worded email from the support. I called customer support hoping we could come to some kind of compromise, such as paying a prorated amount for the months in 2022 after the anniversary date. That idea was immediately rejected. He only referred back to the contract which required three months' notice before the anniversary date to cancel. Missing that deadline meant owing an entire additional year of software fees. I told him I did not believe that was reasonable and the conversation quickly turned abusive. He insulted both me and the Town, calling us a joke and using other unnecessary slurs. I ended the call right away. In the end, I authorized the Town to pay the invoice which amounted to a full extra year for the software suite.

It's free, already included with Apple products and I've also been able to use it on Microsoft devices without issues.
Cons

“handy records and cost tracking
Pros
It's been very useful for me when it comes to keeping records organized and quickly pulling up notes from completed jobs. I also find it helpful for tracking and assigning costs in a simple way.
Cons
great tool but I think it isn't very user-friendly. It takes some time and training to get comfortable with and all the required fields can feel a bit tedious.

Tables are easy for me to understand and very functional in practice. I also like how well the database connects with the graphical viewer and map which makes everything work together smoothly.

“clear layout and flexible reports
Pros
Layout is clean and easy for me to follow and I can customize both the view and features to match my workflow. Setting up reports is simple for me and once created, I can reuse them whenever needed without extra effort.
Cons
One frustrating part of running reports is the date selection. After choosing a start date, it automatically fills in as the end date too so you have to go back and manually enter the correct end date again.

“Paperless and user-friendly software
Pros
Going paperless in our department has honestly been the biggest improvement for me. Whenever I run into a question or need help, there's always someone available to guide us. On top of that, I find the system very easy to work with which makes daily tasks much smoother.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't come across much to complain about. The software feels nearly perfect to me, except for one issue, it doesn't alert inspectors when it's time for re-inspections. That part still has to be tracked manually.
