“Simple real time maintenance solution

Pros

I use this as an efficient management system and in my experience it's simple to understand and works well for handling real-time tasks as someone responsible for execution.

Cons

One improvement I'd suggest is adding offline support. It should also work as a desktop application, because right now we can't access the information without being connected to the internet.

The interface is very easy for me to use and I didn't struggle to get comfortable with it.

It still needs more features that could add even more value to the app.

How tasks are distributed in the system works well in my day-to-day work and I've had a good experience using both the Android app and the dashboard together.

The price is quite high for the Administrator and Executor accounts.

It helps me keep a clear record of maintenance work done on equipment and across different areas which makes everything easier to track and review later.

What's still missing is a proper report showing the activities completed within a selected period based on the filters applied. I mean a ready-made report, not just simplified data exported to Excel.

What really stands out for me is its simplicity and flexibility. I also like how it adapts to different customer needs and still offers a wide range of useful features.

Getting some information removed was a bit difficult but the support team helped resolve it.

In my experience, it provides complete maintenance management across different units and it connects planning with execution very well. I also find the interface easy to use which makes training and setup much quicker for me.

Cons

It doesn't support a local database so it requires a stable and constant internet connection. That creates difficulties when operating on vessels while they are at sea.

What I liked most is how it lets me register and track assets properly. It feels more complete than many other systems I've used and it seems like it was designed by people who actually understand maintenance work.

One part felt complicated when I needed to schedule preventive maintenance. I have to go into each item one by one and enter the date manually and there isn't a field where I can schedule multiple pieces of equipment for one day and others for another day.

Pros

Tracking tasks is very simple for me and I can easily create, report and close service orders without complications.

Cons

The service order history could be displayed better and the chart generation features still feel a bit limited.

I use it to manage maintenance for ships in our fleet remotely and I find the cost quite reasonable for what it offers.

Pros

One thing I really value is the calendar and schedule view. It makes monthly maintenance tasks very visible for me which helps prevent missed work and avoids problems later on.

I do miss having an automatic email alert to warn us when maintenance deadlines are getting close. That would make it even more helpful.

Registering and accessing information is easy for me and I find the charts clear and easy to interpret.

Some indicators, such as MTBF and MTRR, are calculated based on the equipment registration creation date and there is no monthly history saved for them. We miss having that data available for one of our projects. It is also not possible to report labor using the same user at the same time. We use one account for two mechanics and that becomes a problem when both are working on different maintenance tasks. Within the maintenance plan, the preventive maintenance count does not allow weekends to be excluded so the system often schedules activities for Saturday or Sunday, when our maintenance team is not working which creates extra effort to adjust everything. Another major issue is that if the internet connection drops, the program loses all the data entered in Service Orders, Equipment Records and other entries. On days with unstable connectivity, this becomes a serious problem.
