Pros
Creating and updating work orders is very convenient for me and I also find the reporting tools helpful when I need to review or share information.

“User friendly CMMS platform
Pros
Right from the start, the system has felt very user-friendly for me and it already covers everything we need, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and parts inventory. One thing I wish worked better is the connection with the computer's photo library. I've uploaded photos of parts before but when I later tried to retrieve the same image, it looked like it was missing or not showing up properly.

“Food manufacturing maintenance setup
Pros
Running a food manufacturing operation means I have to keep preventive maintenance, sanitation, pest management and quality programs up to date and this software has helped me a lot with that. Without it, managing all of those areas would have been much harder. I also find it simple enough that even team members who are not very comfortable with technology can still use it without much difficulty. On top of that, customer service has been excellent for me. I get fast responses and practical answers whenever I reach out. Last year, when we decided to completely restructure our database, they supported us really well, were transparent about the effort involved and clearly explained the timeline. Overall, I've been very satisfied with the software.

“Proactive audit ready solution
Pros
After 5 years of using this software in my facility, it has helped me stay proactive instead of constantly reacting to issues. The cost tracking and parts tracking make it easier for me to manage the quarterly budget and it has also reduced my ISO audit time down to about 20 minutes.

“Reliable preventive maintenance tool
Pros
I started using this program back in 2009 in the maintenance department at my nursing home and it has remained a reliable tool ever since. I mainly use it to create daily work orders and preventive maintenance work orders. I also rely on it for Life Safety Inspection work orders and other recurring tasks. Printing reports is easy for me which helps when I need to show proof that work has been completed.

“Easy access control workflow
Pros
Compared to other CMMS systems I've used, this one has been much easier for me to work with. Setting up users in the system is simple and I can easily restrict access so each person only sees what they need. Before using it, my preventive maintenance tasks were often delayed but now everything stays up to date by the end of each week. I also find the date-based PM search very useful because I use it to print weekly PM schedules. For the price, I think it's a very good option compared to other expensive CMMS tools. The biggest strength for me is the customer support, whenever I contact Brad by phone or email, I get a quick response.

“Advanced maintenance management platform
Pros
Coming from another maintenance system, I can say this one can do everything the previous one did, including tool crib management and possibly even more. I haven't explored everything yet but I feel that if I invest more time, the system can handle a lot more than I'm currently using.

“time-saving work order setup
Pros
Getting the program set up was very simple for me and with Brad's support, most people could learn it within minutes. Even basic tasks have made a big difference for me, I went from spending around 3 hours a week at my desk to only about 30 minutes handling printed work orders or preventive maintenance tasks. That alone made it worth the cost for me. Our ISO auditor also confirmed that it included all required elements we needed. I appreciate the support and help whenever questions came up.
