“all permits in one place
Pros
Since we started using it, we've reduced a lot of manual work. We no longer have to track licenses and permit renewals through Excel spreadsheets which has saved us time. Pulling monthly and quarterly inspection reports is now much faster and having all the required documents stored in one platform has been extremely useful for me.
Cons
At this point, I haven't come across anything I'm dissatisfied with.

Pros
It does a great job of keeping track of things that are easy to forget, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and other recurring tasks. That has helped me avoid problems that could happen when important maintenance items get missed.
Cons
I really haven't run into any issues that weren't caused by our own company settings. That said, it would still be nice if the program had a bit more AI-driven intuition.

Using this software has definitely felt like a big improvement compared to relying on Google Forms. I find the workflow much smoother and more practical for day-to-day tasks.
Cons

Around our office, we actually refer to it as our "chore chart" because it keeps everyone accountable and helps us avoid forgetting important tasks during busy periods.
Cons
A few tasks show up multiple times and I'm not able to remove them unless I get permission from my manager. Some of the reports are also not sized very well and it would be much better if they could be customized more specifically for the property.

The sales presentation sounded very impressive but in my experience, the navigation itself could be more user-friendly and easier to move around in.
Cons
The real interface uses terminology that feels foreign to the industry. In our case, compliance means finishing on the required due date, not sometime by the end of the month. It's also missing great item search, reporting and BI capabilities.

Cons

Cons
At the executive level, I rely on our team to make sure the software is being implemented correctly and used properly across the sites. Since I'm not in it every day, it can be harder to navigate from my perspective but honestly that would probably be the case with any platform we use.

Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is the option to color-code certain workflow items. For example, it would be helpful if Incident Reports could change from red to green only once they're fully submitted, since our teams often leave a lot of incomplete IR workflows sitting open.
