The recent webpage updates have made the platform look much cleaner and more modern. I also find the QR code functionality very useful for maintenance-related tasks.

It felt a bit tough at the beginning but after using it for some time and with the new GUI in place, it has become easier to navigate.

Entering work orders is easy, the interface feels pleasant to use and the pricing is much more affordable compared to many other maintenance systems I've looked at.

It isn't very user-friendly, customer service has been terrible and the software feels very limited when it comes to features and customization.

Everything about the system feels simple and forgiving to work with and the overall workflow just makes sense to me.

I do wish a few features were merged together. For example, recurring jobs and scheduling would be better if they were combined.
