Ran into many problems

Pros

Nothing much to say here. The platform lacked many basic features for a CMMS such as spend tracking by category. It was difficult to use and there was little to no user support to help with issues. As our company grew, we had no choice but to switch to a different solution.

Cons

The system is difficult to use and doesn't do a great job of tracking costs.

A top-notch system for construction management

Pros

The equipment management system has been a huge help in monitoring all our assets. One of the most useful features is the preventive maintenance tool, which helps us track when equipment needs maintenance or check-ups. This has prevented unexpected breakdowns during operations.

Cons

Haven't noticed any major issues with the system. I did experience slow loading when extracting data once but that might have been due to our internet connection. Not a big deal.

Effortless preventive maintenance management

Pros

This software can be a game changer if you are struggling with maintenance scheduling and documentation. Manually printing preventive maintenance checklists and entering data can be overwhelming. Many companies fail to meet document control and internal audit requirements for GMP, HACCP and other verification programs. This tool provides real-time updates on maintenance activities, allowing corrective actions to be taken immediately since both maintenance personnel and management have access to the software.

Cons

Adding more users comes with extra costs. That said, the software does reduce the number of people needed to complete tasks, which helps balance things out.

A robust and effective program

Pros

After comparing several maintenance tracking programs, we found Maintenance Pro to be the most user-friendly option. The best part is how much information you can view in one place without having to search through different modules. Plus, every time I've reached out to customer service with a question, they've been incredibly friendly and quick to respond.

Cons

So far, I haven't come across anything negative about this product or vendor.

Manage all vehicles and equipment with ease

Pros

We purchased Fleet Maintenance Pro to manage all our vehicles and metered equipment in one place, and it does exactly that. It tracks everything from purchase details and maintenance history to fuel usage and final sale. So far we have been really happy with the support�they're quick to respond and provide detailed solutions.

Cons

Like any software, there are areas that could be improved. The security setup feels a bit overwhelming. It would be much easier if access was assigned per group instead of per user especially when managing multiple drivers and staff members. We have also had some issues with mobile connectivity but we're hoping the upgrade to version 14 will fix that. Another thing that could be improved is how repair orders are tracked. Once a work order is opened, there is no way to see who originally entered the repair request, which has caused some confusion. It would be helpful to have this information carried over into the repair history so we could review and address any process issues on a regular basis.

Minimal effort, maximum results

Pros

The best part of my experience with IMS and Fleet Maintenance has been their customer service. The software itself is great but let's be real no tech solution is perfect. When issues pop up, good customer and technical support make all the difference and IMS has a solid team for that.

Cons

Honestly, there's not much I dislike. If I had to pick something, I would say the interface for Fleet Maintenance could use some improvement. It's not terrible but it's not the most user friendly or visually appealing and could be optimized for easier navigation.

User-friendly and highly reliable software

Pros

The software was easy to set up and every interaction we had with their support team was pleasant.

Cons

We migrated from the standalone version to the SQL Server version shortly after purchasing and the SQL Server version seems to run slower especially at startup. It would also be great if the app supported Windows authentication in a domain environment.

A product that delivers excellent value

Pros

I spent time researching different options and this was by far the most user-friendly product I found.

Cons

When I was considering this product, they gave a presentation but I think it would have been much more helpful if they had logged in with me and provided a brief online training session.
