“Maintimizer manipulation”
Pros
Inventory tracking and work order/PM tracking are Simple.
Cons
Once data is entered for a machine or inventory item, it's permanent. The software is built on SQL Server, limiting the ability to make changes in certain areas. Departing users' records remain indefinitely, as do old machinery parts, even after updates.

“many features,”
Pros
It provides many options such as timekeeping, cost center tracking, parts lists, parts orders, communication, and preventative maintenance.
Cons
Its effectiveness depends on industry-wide utilization. If certain options are restricted by the administrator or if it's underutilized for communication, its potential remains untapped. It's essential for multiple users to engage with it for optimal effectiveness, rather than relying solely on individual usage.

“System is user friendly and easy to use”
Pros
Maintimizer offers a Direct interface, and all menu options are well-organized. The inventory management function is also intuitive.
Cons
The PM system lacks additional functions. It would be beneficial if it prompted users to close older PMs when multiple overdue PMs exist for the same item.

“Quick to respond to issues, feature-rich solution.”
Pros
There's a wide array of options and features available. Support responds promptly to tickets, and the web-based portal allows convenient access from various devices.
Cons
The mobile platform is not particularly intuitive, and MS tablet PCs underperform. After disappointing experiences, we shifted from mobile licensing to using the web portal on iPads. Support responses sometimes implied that issues were unique to our setup. A more modern GUI would be preferable.

“Good experience”
Pros
It provides the ability to maintain a comprehensive history, generate reports, and establish preventive maintenance programs effectively.
Cons
The software fails to prompt if a part number already exists when entering a new one, resulting in redundant data entry. Date entries must adhere to a specific format, lacking auto-correction for abbreviated years.
