Very solid and easy to use software.

Pros

Maintimizer is exceptionally user-friendly, accommodating users with varying computer skills. Its maturity and thoughtful design make it efficient.

Cons

While I can't identify any major shortcomings in the software, we don't utilize certain features like POs, inventory management, or the timecard function.

The company I work for pays for maintimizer and I enjoy the product

Pros

I mainly use it to look up old POs and work orders, and generating PM work orders is a breeze.

Cons

The software offers many features that aren't utilized to their fullest extent. Personally, I only use it for PMs, purchase orders, and work orders.

basically I'm only using the system for parts information.

Pros

Finding parts locations is easy, and the PM scheduling feature is useful for keeping track of report deadlines.

Cons

It would be beneficial if old part numbers automatically linked to the description when a new part number is entered, reducing the need for excessive keystrokes.

Works well for our needs

Pros

It's relatively easy to look up parts, and most users can navigate the database with minimal training.

Cons

Once records are created, deletion isn't always straightforward. For instance, correcting mistakes in receiving items requires cumbersome workarounds.

Cheapest out there but dated

Pros

It offers essential functionalities at a fraction of the cost compared to other options. The inclusion of mobile and purchase-order features adds convenience.

Cons

The software lacks API integration, scalability, and feels outdated. Customization comes at a cost, unlike most modern programs.

I've been a user of Maintimizer for over 20 years. I've found it easy to use and very affordable.

Pros

It meets our needs effectively at an affordable price point. The option to use only the PM portion is advantageous.

Cons

The software includes many features we don't utilize, leading to unnecessary expenses. A pay-per-use model for specific portions would be preferable.

Is a great tool to manage your inventory once you get your training it will be more easy use.

Pros

I find the inventory management aspect particularly useful, along with the straightforward work request creation feature.

Cons

The absence of a mobile app is notable, considering the prevalent use of smartphones. Having a mobile app would enhance accessibility.

A lot of data entry to get started, but well worth it.

Pros

The software excels in attention to detail, effectively tracking employees, parts, and equipment. The support staff is consistently helpful.

Cons

The inability to attach pictures to SOPs directly is a limitation. Although they can be attached to printouts, integrating them directly into SOPs would improve functionality.

I don't use it much but when I do its very user friendly

Pros

I find it simple to move around the screens, generally straightforward. It's not too difficult to locate what I require.

Cons

Depending on the task, locating the clock numbers for entering employee hours can be a bit challenging. When I only have their names, I need to sift through all employees to find the right one.
