“Customizable and worth developing”

Pros

Using the system day to day feels pretty easy, although I did notice that building everything out properly still requires some dedicated time.

Cons

There is not much to complain about. The only thing I wish for is more time to sit down and really work with it.

The flexibility has been one of the biggest advantages for me because it allows us to customize the system exactly the way we need.

Adding pictures could be more easy. Since that's the most important feature, it should always prompt and ask whether you want to add a picture.

The mobile app could use more features and a few of the plugins still don't work as well as they should.

When it comes to more complex tasks, it doesn't feel flexible enough. There are times when I wish it offered more freedom for example with QR code features or the ability to create statistics and charts.

The platform feels very easy for both engineers and machine operators and I like how easily we can access the information we need.

We're still in the process of deploying the system and at the moment everything looks very good so there isn't really much I can point to as a downside.

Getting a clear overview of everything is very simple and the initial training helped me get comfortable with the system quickly. I also appreciate being able to use the same platform across all of our locations.

I'd still like to see more options for making the system more visual, such as additional colors and fonts to highlight important information more clearly. It would also be very helpful if general instructions were included so we wouldn't have to create all of that material ourselves.

Coming from having no real system in place before, this software has helped us steadily move toward the setup we wanted. Even after a couple of years, we're still improving things little by little but the progress has been very positive overall.

At times, the program can feel like it offers too many options. It almost seems to have unlimited possibilities which can sometimes make it a bit overwhelming.

I find the software very user-friendly and I like how easily I can adjust it to fit the way we work. Since it follows ISO standards, the information also feels clear and easy to organize into diagrams.

Cons

At the moment, changing the design and content in the print settings is fairly difficult. It would also help with planning to have some kind of overview that shows the team's scheduled activities.

What stands out to me most is how well the platform organizes images and information. I can quickly find what I need without feeling overwhelmed.

The Android version still needs more development so it can offer an experience closer to the PC version for users.

Getting started was very easy for me and I now use the software comfortably every day. I also appreciate how consistent the structure stays throughout the system.

There are still a few process details missing, although they are apparently already being considered. For example, scheduling employees in a way that gives a clear daily or weekly overview is not yet available. Spare parts management is fine overall and ordering articles also works well but what is missing is the ability to handle motors or machine components that are sent to third-party companies for overhaul within the system. In other words, it should be possible to create repair orders specifically for those parts, including a delivery note and the corresponding goods receipt. That would make the history fully complete.
