MainTRACK Features
MainTRACK enables scheduling of maintenance activities with detailed programming, including graphic representation of the affected system, defined intervention procedures, assigned operators and external personnel, required materials and equipment, additional documents such as manuals or diagrams, and automated notifications based on time, counters, thresholds, or inspections.
MainTRACK provides a tabular view of the full maintenance plan with configurable periods and recurrences. It displays intervention status graphically, including Gantt charts, and can notify machine operators via SCADA, MES, or DCS systems, allowing TPM confirmation of completed maintenance.
MainTRACK allows users to generate comprehensive reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for machines, maintenance activities, and operators. Customizable dashboards track metrics such as MTTR, MTBF, and maintenance costs, helping teams make data-driven decisions and optimize operations.
MainTRACK manages spare parts lists in the Freeware version and full warehouse inventory in Professional and Enterprise versions. Multiple warehouses can be configured, with each item linked to a specific location to automate stock movements and streamline inventory management.
