“helpful support but limited reports

Whenever I need support, the representative always goes above and beyond to help me however possible.

The reporting could be more flexible, since the standard reports don't always cover everything that's needed.

From my experience, navigating the program is very simple and I didn't need much time to learn it. I've also found it easy to train other team members on how to use it.

One area that really needs improvement is the scanning and uploading process for parts issued to work orders. We've run into problems during uploads, whether it's because a setting was cleared out or because additional parts were scanned into a work order later on and the system uploads all of the previously scanned parts again. That creates inventory errors and it can take a lot of time to go back through the duplicate scans and remove them.

We really appreciate how the same process flows across all sections of the system because it keeps everything consistent and easy for us to follow.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of anything about it that I dislike. It's the most helpful and easy database I've used in 15 years of clerical work.

One thing I personally like is how flexible the documentation options are. I can either keep information simple or make it very detailed depending on the situation.

I do wish there were options to make every category searchable by location, trade and similar filters.

As the system administrator, I was really pleased with how easy the installation process felt. I've also had an excellent experience with customer support.

The only challenge was figuring out the best way to set up the system to fit our specific needs.

When I first started using the program, I found it very simple and easy to move through. The tabs and navigation feel natural to me.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is handling multiple work orders with the same details. Right now, that information can't be saved and carried over to the next work order so everything has to be entered again. Since I often repeat the same scheduled work orders from year to year, a more convenient copy feature would really help.

I can keep track of everything much more effectively with this system which has helped me stay organized in my daily work.

Cons

There's no automatic spell check which would be helpful for future searches. Our network also randomly disconnects me while I'm using the new Workspace. I'd also like the option to search for a room the same way we can search for equipment.

Any time I've contacted customer service, I've received excellent support. After some training, I found the software simple to use and full of impressive features.

Cons

Since I hadn't used a product like this before, I needed the training to really understand all the features and what everything does. That said, the training is engaging and they walk you through anything you want to learn.

As a beginner, I found the software fairly easy to learn and I've been able to use several features that we didn't have access to before.

I prefer web-based platforms. It can also be frustrating when trying to match parts to a specific piece of equipment.
