friendly navigation and helpful database

Pros

We really appreciate how the same process flows across all sections of the system because it keeps everything consistent and easy for us to follow.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of anything about it that I dislike. It's the most helpful and easy database I've used in 15 years of clerical work.

simple navigation and flexible search

Pros

From my experience, navigating the program is very simple and I didn't need much time to learn it. I've also found it easy to train other team members on how to use it.

Cons

One area that really needs improvement is the scanning and uploading process for parts issued to work orders. We've run into problems during uploads, whether it's because a setting was cleared out or because additional parts were scanned into a work order later on and the system uploads all of the previously scanned parts again. That creates inventory errors and it can take a lot of time to go back through the duplicate scans and remove them.
