Pros
Right from the start, I didn't end up needing any of the training that came with the purchase so I still have those banked training hours available. Customer service has been better than expected and while I ran into a few small issues, every one of them was taken care of. I looked into a lot of maintenance software options and in my opinion, this one delivers the best value for what my company needs.
