“STRIVING FOR EXCELLENCE
Pros
The customer service stands out. Initially, I called or emailed frequently. Over time, things got easier, and I didn't need to contact them as often. One day, I even received an email checking in on me since they hadn't heard from me in a while. It's comforting to know they are just a phone call or email away. Mapcon always responds, and if they can't at that moment, they provide another contact. It's reassuring to know someone always has your back.
Cons
It's not me as the coordinator, but those who handle the finances. I'm satisfied with the software and always aim to improve my skills. However, the cost is hard for them to accept.

I love how everything is interconnected. From the parts in operation to the work done on them and the associated costs, it all ties together.
Cons

Pros
It is a good system for the price. Systems are only as good as their configuration and data entry planning, and most offer very similar features. This system covers most requirements, but due to the age of our version, it lacks mobility and domain integration. Newer systems offer these features but charge for modules that are included in the older version. Nonetheless, the cost is reasonable compared to other systems, and the company listens and addresses customer issues.
Cons
There are bugs; it sometimes freezes and occasionally corrupts data. Some batch changes don't work consistently. The mobility aspect can be awkward. This could be because of the age of our system, which I can only speak for.

Pros
I always use Mapcon to create purchase orders. It's simple to use and helps me track costs. I also use it for inventory management. The system allows me to set replenishment points and automatically issues a purchase requisition when stock reaches the reorder level.
Cons
Some modules aren't included in the basic package.

Pros
I've been with my company and used Mapcon 5.0 for the past nine years. It's a fantastic product, and I would recommend it to anyone needing a high-quality CMMS. The canned reports are excellent, and customer support is outstanding. We are beginning the process of upgrading to the new 6.0 version.
Cons
Crafting personalized reports can be challenging.
